Teacher and Author, Leila was looking to rebrand and grow her White Rock based business and was in need of a new website that would better reflect her branding message.
My mission was to create an informative and easy to navigate website that was on point with the branding, along with enhancing the sites overall speed and stability.

Design Consult and Process
After consultation with Leila, we came up with a website wish list. We looked at how customers would navigated the website’s workshops, classes and book information and how to best organize all the content into an easy to read format.

Custom Form
A custom form with conditional logic was needed to list seasonal classes and well as workshops and private sessions.

Newsletter Marketing
To help with marketing, the site was connected to an online e-mail service, configured to auto send custom emails to subscribers.

Challenges
The site was experiencing outages due to bottlenecked server resources. A move to a more modern hosting platform was the fix. As we all know, a site’s speed can really help with a more positive customer experience resulting in higher conversion rates.
